$50.00 Initial Annual Association Fee Due At Registration/Sign-up -- For Each Year Thereafter We Will Set Aside A Portion Of Your Monthly Fee To Cover The Annual Fee For You. This Fee Is Neither Optional Or Refundable. (This fee is included in the program packages above and not applicable if you choose one of the introductory programs.)
