Strength & Conditioning Classes

 
Do you want to get your entire body into better shape?  If so, this is the class for you!  Meeting one day per week,  this class is for anyone seeking to improve their lifestyle!

This one and one-half hour exercise program is designed to increase flexibility, strength, quickness, stamina, and overall body condition/tone.   With the use of plyometric stepping your cardio will improve as well.  A typical class will consist of the following:

  • 15  -  20 minutes of warm-up exercises
  • 15  -  25 minutes of cardio drills
  • 15  -  30 minutes of strength drills
  • 15  -  30 minutes of total body stretching
  • 10 minutes of cool down

This program targets all who are interested in improving their health and/or performance levels, specifically college, high school and middle school athletes who have the necessary drive and desire to get to the next level.  Our class currently consists of cheerleaders, volleyballers, soccer players, karateka, moms and more.  It is fast paced and intense.
